Ingredients

  • 8 vol au vent
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoon cream cheese(like Philadelphia)
  • chopped celery to taste
  • chopped parsley to taste
  • 2 pinches of salt

Directions

  1. In two different bowls stir the chopped celery, chopped parsley and salt with the peanut butter and soft cheese. Fill the vol au vents with the creams and serve.
