Ingredients
- 12 lrg peaches peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 1 c. water
- 1 pkt white cake mix
- 1 c. brown sugar packed
- 1/2 c. butter melted
- 1/2 c. walnuts minced

Peach Crisp
Servings: 12
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the peaches, cinnamon and dissolved cornstarch. Bring to a boil; should be slightly thickened.
- Spread into ungreased baking pan.
- Combine cake mix, brown sugar, melted butter and walnuts in a large bowl. Stir till thoroughly blended and crumbly. Sprinkle over the peach slices.
- Bake at 350 F for 50-55 min or possibly till lightly browned and bubbly.
- Serve hot or possibly chilled.
