Peach Crisp

Ingredients

  • 12 lrg peaches peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 1 c. water
  • 1 pkt white cake mix
  • 1 c. brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 c. butter melted
  • 1/2 c. walnuts minced

Peach Crisp

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the peaches, cinnamon and dissolved cornstarch. Bring to a boil; should be slightly thickened.
  2. Spread into ungreased baking pan.
  3. Combine cake mix, brown sugar, melted butter and walnuts in a large bowl. Stir till thoroughly blended and crumbly. Sprinkle over the peach slices.
  4. Bake at 350 F for 50-55 min or possibly till lightly browned and bubbly.
  5. Serve hot or possibly chilled.
