Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkt garlic cheese (3 ounce.) usually found during the holidays
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts liquid removed
  • 2 can English peas (No. 2 size)
  • 1 lrg + 1 small can of asparagus
  • 1 sm onion
  • 1 Tbsp. oil

Directions

  1. Dice onion and saute/fry in oil till tender. Add in mushroom soup, garlic cheese and water chestnuts. Cook till cheese is melted. Spray 9x9-inch cooking dish with cooking spray, then layer sauce with peas and asparagus. Bake at 350 degrees 30 min. Serve hot.
