Ingredients
- 12 ounce FUSILLI Or possibly ROTINI
- 12 ounce SALMON CUT TO 1'' CUBES
- 1 x VEGETABLE SPRAY
- 1 1/2 c. RED Or possibly YELLOW PEPPER,
- THINLY SLICED
- 1 1/2 c. SNOW PEAS
- 1/3 c. EACH SHERRY AND WATER
- 1/4 c. EACH OIL,SOYA SAUCE
- AND BROWN SUGAR
- 2 1/2 tsp EACH GARLIC & GINGER
- 1 Tbsp. FLOUR
- 2 tsp SESAME SEEDS
- PARSLEY TO GARNISH

Pasta And Salmon Teriyaki Sauce

Directions
- Cook pasta al dente, drain, put into serving dish. saute/fry salmon to light pink about 4 minutes. Put on top of pasta. Blanch vegies for 2 min and plunge into cool water, pour on top of salmon. Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil simmer about 4 min. Pour over salmon pasta dish.
