Ingredients
- 4 lb chicken tenders
- 2 1/2 c. butter
- 6 c. grated Romano or possibly Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. whipping cream

Parmesan Chicken Tenders

Directions
- Rinse the chicken and pat dry.
- Combine 2 c. of the butter with the cheese and whipping cream in a heavy skillet.
- Heat over low heat till the butter is melted, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and cover to keep hot.
- Saute/fry the chicken in the remaining 1/2 c. butter in a skillet till cooked through and browned.
- Place the chicken in a chafing dish. Pour the sauce proportionately over the chicken. Serve warm.
