Parmesan Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 4 lb chicken tenders
  • 2 1/2 c. butter
  • 6 c. grated Romano or possibly Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. whipping cream

Parmesan Chicken Tenders

Directions

  1. Rinse the chicken and pat dry.
  2. Combine 2 c. of the butter with the cheese and whipping cream in a heavy skillet.
  3. Heat over low heat till the butter is melted, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and cover to keep hot.
  4. Saute/fry the chicken in the remaining 1/2 c. butter in a skillet till cooked through and browned.
  5. Place the chicken in a chafing dish. Pour the sauce proportionately over the chicken. Serve warm.
