Ingredients

  • 2 pork cube steak
  • 1 egg
  • 1c panko
  • 1/4c parmesan
  • garlic powder
  • sazon

Time: 5 minutes prep, 15 minutes cook

Directions

  1. Beat egg in a bowl
  2. mix panko, parmesan, garlic powder and sazon on a disposable plate.
  3. preheat your fryer .
  4. thoroughly coat pork one at a time in egg, make sure to shake off excess.
  5. place in panko mixture and evenly coat it
  6. once fryer is ready place pork in and cook for 5 - 15 mins or until browned well.
  7. serve with mashed potatoes and gravy
