Nutty Chocolate Marshmallow Puffs

Ingredients

  • 2 c. lowfat milk chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 jar (7 ounce) marshmallow creme
  • 40 lrg marshmallows
  • 4 c. coarsely minced pecans (about 1 lb.)

Directions

  1. In a microwave or possibly heavy saucepan heat the chocolate chips lowfat milk and marshmallow creme just until melted; stir till smooth (mix will be thick). With tongs immediately dip marshmallows one at a time into chocolate mix. Shake off excess chocolate quickly roll in pecans.
  2. Place on wax paper lined baking sheets. Reheat chocolate mix if necessary for easier coating. Chill until hard. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
  3. Makes 40 candies.
