Mushroom Cloud

This savory dish is easy to prepare and will add zing to any main dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Mushrooms (white, or bella) sliced.
  • 4 Tbs. Margerine or butter
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup Grand Marnier
  • 1 cup grated cheese prefer sharp cheeses

Directions

  1. Melt butter or Margerine first
  2. Add Mushrooms
  3. Cook until not quite brown
  4. add wine-cook until tender
  5. add Grand Marnier (liquer)
  6. Cover and cook 3 minutes
  7. Add Shredded Cheese
  8. Cover pan and melt cheese
  9. Serves 2 add 1/2 lb for additional guests. Add proportional for everything else. Grand Marnier goes along way.
