Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. Red Wine Vinegar
- 6 x Anchovy fillets, chopped
- 4 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp White Pepper
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 lrg Romaine Lettuce head
- Torn into bite size pcs
- Croutons

Morton's Caesar Salad
Servings: 4
Directions
- Blend the first 7 ingredients in a processor or possibly blender. Add in Parmesan Cheese and blend just till combined. Season to taste with salt. Can be prepared 2 days ahead; bring to room temperature and whisk before serving.
- Add in croutons just before tossing salad.
