Ingredients
- 6 x Potatoes, medium
- 1/4 c. Onion, minced
- 1/2 c. Bacon, minced
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. White vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Mom's German Potato Salad

Directions
- Boil potatoes with salt in water till soft. Fry bacon till crisp. Save 1/4 c. bacon grease. While potatoes are hot cut into cubes Mix potatoes, onions, salt and pepper in a bowl. To the frying pan add in the grease, Large eggs and vinegar, cook till the Large eggs are done. Add in the potato mix and mix.
