- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 3 large eggs, separated

Miss Ida Mae's Sweet Potato Pie

Directions
- Cream sugar and butter. Add in egg yolks to sweet potatoes. Then add in sugar mix. Cook in unbaked pie shell till set. Add in meringue and brown lightly.
