  • 1 1/2 cup Moth Dal (Moth Beans) (soaked and boiled)
  • 1 1/2 cup Green Gram (Pachai Payaru) (soaked and boiled)
  • 1 cup Onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 2 packets Pav Buns
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 tblsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • a pinch Asafoetida Powder
  • handful Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • handful Curry Leaves (chopped)
