Mexican Taco Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce. cream cheese (can be light)
  • 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream (can be light)
  • 8 ounce. taco sauce (as warm as you like it)
  • Dash of garlic salt
  • Lettuce, minced
  • Tomato, minced
  • Onion, minced
  • Cheese, grated (I use Cheddar)
  • Plain tortilla chips

Mexican Taco Dip

Servings: 4
 

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese, lowfat sour cream and garlic salt and spread on round platter. Pour taco sauce on top and spread proportionately. Layer lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese in which order. Serve with tortilla chips.
  2. This is such a hit which we serve it for just about every occasion.
