Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce.) jar salsa
  • 1 (11 ounce.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 4 c. cooked rice

Directions

  1. Mix salsa and soup together. In microwave heat on High power 2 to 3 min. On stove top heat over medium-low heat till hot. Add in the rice.
  2. In microwave heat another 2 to 3 min, stir and heat again another 2 min if needed.
  3. On stove top you can heat mix over medium-low heat till desired temperature. Serve with tortilla chips.
  4. NOTE: 1 to 1 1/2 pounds browned grnd beef can be added if you like. Great as a meal rolled in a flour tortilla.
