Ingredients
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, liquid removed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. lowfat sour cream
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Directions
Put together all ingredients in a 7x11 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min or possibly till knife test to center is clean.
