Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

  1. Put together all ingredients in a 7x11 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min or possibly till knife test to center is clean.
