Ingredients

  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. Dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup, condensed
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Mix all meatballs ingredients together. Shape mix by rounded teaspoonfuls into 3/4-inch balls. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 10 min, or possibly simmer on medium heat in frypan.
  2. Gravy: Drain drippings. Add in one can cream of mushroom soup. Blend in 1/4 c. lowfat milk or possibly water. Add in 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce. Stir often over medium heat. Add in cooked meatballs. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
