Ingredients
- 24 lg. marshmallows
- 4 tbsp. fruit juice (I use grapefruit)
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Few drops green coloring
- 2 c. fruit cocktail, well liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. Cold Whip

Marshmallow Mint Salad
Servings: 4
Directions
- Heat marshmallows and fruit juice over low heat. Stir till marshmallows have melted. Remove from heat. Add in flavoring and coloring. Mix in well liquid removed fruit and Cold Whip. Refrigeratein mold till hard. Unmold and garnish with mint and green cherries.
