Ingredients
- Roughly equal parts:
- tomato
- mango (I used yellow mango, but you could use red)
- avocado
- 1/2 small red onion, minced
- 1/2 jalapeno (or more if you like it spicy), minced
- handful of chopped cilantro
- lime juice
- salt

Mango Avocado Salsa
Directions
- Dice he mango, tomato, and avocado into roughly even size piece
- Add the minced onion and jalapeno.
- Stir in chopped cilantro and lime juice.
- Adjust salt to taste.
- Serve with chips or along side grilled shrimp.
