Ingredients
10 ounce pkg. frzn spinach, minced
1 1/2 c. yogurt
1 c. light mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, minced
3 scallions, minced
Directions
Thaw and squeeze spinach till dry. Stir together all ingredients. Cover; refrigerate. Stir before serving.
