Ingredients

  • 10 ounce pkg. frzn spinach, minced
  • 1 1/2 c. yogurt
  • 1 c. light mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, minced
  • 3 scallions, minced

Directions

  1. Thaw and squeeze spinach till dry. Stir together all ingredients. Cover; refrigerate. Stir before serving.
