Ingredients

  • 6 lrg Onions minced
  • 2 lrg Carrots minced
  • 1 x Yellow squash minced
  • 2 x Tomatoes minced
  • 1 lrg Cabbage head shredded
  • 1 bn Celery minced
  • 1 pkt Onion soup mix, dry

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot; fill with water till ingredients are covered. Boil for 10 min. Cover, lower heat, and simmer till vegetables are soft.
