Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream or possibly yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Lemon rind, grated
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 c. Chicken, cooked, diced
- 1 c. Grapes, halved
- 1 c. Celery, cut fine Toasted silvered almonds

Lemon Ginger Chicken Salad
Servings: 6
Directions
- Stir together first 6 ingredients. Add in chicken, grapes and celery and toss lightly to coat. Refrigerateseveral hrs before serving. Sprinkle with toasted almonds just before serving.
