Ingredients

  • 12 oz can Evaporated Milk
  • 3 oz Lemon Gelatin
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1 1/3 c Boiling Water
  • 1/4 c Lemon Juice
  • 1 3/4 c Gram Cracker Crumbs
  • 5 T Butter, melted

Lemon Fluff Dessert

Time: 2.5 hours prep, 2 hours cook
Servings: 12
 

Directions

  1. Pour Milk into a sm mettle bowl, place mixer beaters into bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 2+ hours.
  2. In a lg bowl, dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Make sure to mix well until all is dissolved
  3. Mix in Lemon Juice
  4. Cover and refrigerate until syrupy, about 1 1/2 hrs
  5. Mix Crumbs and Butter (Reserve 2 T)
  6. Press Crumb mix into bottom of a 9x13" pan
  7. Beat chilled Milk till soft peaks form
  8. Beat Syrup mix till tiny bubbles form
  9. Fold Milk into Syrup mix and poor over crust
  10. Sprinkle with reserved 2 T crumbs
  11. Cover and refrigerate until set
  12. Cut into squares
