Ingredients
- 12 oz can Evaporated Milk
- 3 oz Lemon Gelatin
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 1/3 c Boiling Water
- 1/4 c Lemon Juice
- 1 3/4 c Gram Cracker Crumbs
- 5 T Butter, melted

Lemon Fluff Dessert
Time: 2.5 hours prep, 2 hours cook
Servings: 12
Directions
- Pour Milk into a sm mettle bowl, place mixer beaters into bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 2+ hours.
- In a lg bowl, dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Make sure to mix well until all is dissolved
- Mix in Lemon Juice
- Cover and refrigerate until syrupy, about 1 1/2 hrs
- Mix Crumbs and Butter (Reserve 2 T)
- Press Crumb mix into bottom of a 9x13" pan
- Beat chilled Milk till soft peaks form
- Beat Syrup mix till tiny bubbles form
- Fold Milk into Syrup mix and poor over crust
- Sprinkle with reserved 2 T crumbs
- Cover and refrigerate until set
- Cut into squares
