Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 13 ounces evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Leche Flan (Custard)

Directions

  1. Scald lowfat milk in a double boiler for 15 min. Blend the egg yolks with the sugar, lowfat milk, and flavoring.Pour into mold lined with caramelized sugar. Place this in a bigger pan half filled with water and bake till the mix becomes hard. Cool before removing from mold.
  2. Serving Size: 6.
