Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh oysters meat
- cup vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4-5 native onions (sibuvas-tagalog)
- 1/2 tsp. peppercorns (coarsely pounded)

Time: 10 minutes prep, 2 hours cook
Directions
- Slice onions into thin rings.
- Add garlic, salt and pepper to vinegar.
- Add oysters. Let stand for 2-3 hours.
- Note; if you are planning to serve it 5.hours later or-more, bring to a boil over a high heat, but remove immediately or the oysters meat would be reduced to pea size.
