Kansas City Strip Steaks

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 x cloves garlic -- chopped
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp beef bouillon granules
  • 2 lb sirloin steaks -- 1" thick

Kansas City Strip Steaks

Directions

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients. Trim fat from meat. Rub mix on both sides of steaks. Cover; chill steaks 1 hour.
  2. Grill on grill rack of uncovered grill directly over medium coals to desired doneness, turning once.
  3. Yield: 8 servings.
