Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 x cloves garlic -- chopped
- 4 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp grnd black pepper
- 1/2 tsp beef bouillon granules
- 2 lb sirloin steaks -- 1" thick

Directions
- Combine first 8 ingredients. Trim fat from meat. Rub mix on both sides of steaks. Cover; chill steaks 1 hour.
- Grill on grill rack of uncovered grill directly over medium coals to desired doneness, turning once.
- Yield: 8 servings.
