- 1 1/2 c. Fine minced onion
- 1 c. Parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Paparika
- 1/2 tsp Cinamon
- 1/2 x Pepper
- 8 slc Tomatoes
- 8 x Lettuce leaves
- 4 x Pitas halved crosswise

Kafta Burgers

Directions
- Mix beef, onion, parsley salt paparika, cinamon, pepper. Shape in 8 patties 1/2 ' thick. Broil and grill 4- 6 " from heat source, turning once, 10-15 mins. (medium-well done) or possibly till done as desired. Place burger, tomato slice, a lettuce leaf into each pita halves.
