Ingredients
- 1 can (6-3/4 ounce.) tuna with canola Oil
- 2 c. Cooked shell pasta
- 2 c. Fresh fruit and/or possibly sweet -- Peppers, cut into bi Pcs (Jean used -- melon, Grapes, jicam Bell peppers)
- 1 Tbsp. Sweet onion -- minced
- 1 x (6 ounce.) vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger root -- peeled and Poppy seeds for garnish

Directions
- Drain tuna and separate into bite-size pcs. Mix fruit, pasta, onion and tuna. Mix dressing ingredients well. Gently mix dressing with fruit, pasta and tuna. Sprinkle with poppy seeds, if you like. Serve chilled.
