Jiffy Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 beaten large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. mashed bananas
  • 1 c. minced nuts

Directions

  1. In large mixing bowl, thoroughly put together biscuit mix, sugar, flour and soda. Put together large eggs and lowfat sour cream; stir into dry ingredients with mashed bananas. Stir in nuts. Pour into 2 greased 9"x5"x3" loaf pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 min or possibly till bread tests done. Cool 10 min; remove from pans and cool completely on wire rack.
