Ingredients
- 2 lb Boneless pork roast (up to 4)
- 3 Tbsp. Dill seed
- 1 Tbsp. Fennel seed
- 1 tsp Oregano (dry)
- 1 tsp Basil (dry)
- 1/4 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika

Directions
- Combine seasonings together and coat roast with the mix. Roast in a shallow pan at 325F for 45 min to 1 hour. Let roast rest 5 - 10 min before carving.
