Ingredients

  • 2 x Good size links Portugese Sausage
  • 2 can Chicken broth
  • 2 c. Water
  • 1 x Long potato, diced
  • 1 lrg carrot, diced
  • 1/4 x Round onion
  • 3/4 c. Elbow macaroni
  • 1 can Kidney beans
  • 1 can Tomato sauce
  • 1/4 head cabbage, minced Watercress Hawaiian salt

Directions

  1. Put sausage in chicken broth and water and bring just to a boil. Add in potato, carrots, onions, elbow macaroni, bring to a boil and simmer 1/2 hour. Add in kidney beans, tomato sauce and head cabbage. Cook 10 min more and add in minced watercress and Hawaiian salt. Let watercress cook only a few min.
