Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat (preferably lump)
  • 16 ounce cream cheese
  • 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Garlic to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning (optional)

Directions

  1. Soften cream cheese. Beat with lowfat sour cream till very smooth. Add in mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings and blend well. Mix in crab meat (be careful with this if you're using lump - you do not want to break up the lumps!).
  2. Place in a 2 1/2-qt casserole diish. Bake uncovered for 20 min at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and stir. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven for another 10 min.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings;
