Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs. chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. warm sauce, add in more if you like
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 T cider vinegar

Hot Buffalo Wings

Directions
- Cut chicken wings in half at joint. Cut off tips of wings and throw away. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Heat 2 inches of oil in a large frying pan to 350 degrees. Add in chicken and fry 10 min, frying about 1 dozen at a time. Drain on paper towels. Arrange fried chicken wings in a 13x9x2 inch dish.Put together hot sauce and remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat till butter melts. Pour over fried chicken wings. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 min or possibly till hot. Yield 3 dozen.
