Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. canned biscuits
  • 30 pecan halves (or possibly use pcs)
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix honey and cinnamon. Place 3 pecan halves or possibly some pecan pcs in bottom of 10 muffin pan c.. Divide the mixed honey and cinnamon and place on top of pecans. Top with biscuit.
  2. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-18 min. Let stand in c. 1/2 minute. Then invert pan onto waxed paper. Cold 5 min and lift off pan.
