Ingredients

  • 1 lg. strawberry-banana Jello
  • 4 apples, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. pecans, minced
  • 1 lg. Cold Whip
  • 1 (8 ounce.) crushed pineapple
  • 1 can cranberry sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese

Directions

  1. Dissolve Jello. Add in cranberry sauce; let cold at room temperature. Add in sliced apples and 1/2 pecans. Cold and jell in refrigerator. Blend pineapple, Cold Whip and cream cheese; put on top of Jello. Sprinkle with remaining pecans. Great holiday dish.
