Heath Bar Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 9" graham crust
  • 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
  • 4 Heath bars, crushed
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. light corn syrup

Heath Bar Ice Cream Pie

Servings: 12
 

Directions

  1. Spoon half of softened (but not melted) ice cream into pie shell. Sprinkle half of the Heath bars on top. Cover with remaining ice cream. Freeze.
  2. Combine in small saucepan sugar, lowfat milk, butter and corn syrup. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in other half of crushed Heath bars. Cold. Spoon over wedges. Very rich! Enjoy!
