Healthy Crock Pot Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 x boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 10 3/4 ounce condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 10 3/4 ounce skim lowfat milk or possibly water
  • 3/4 c. rice (not instant) uncooked
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 x chicken bouillon cube Peas, broccoli, or possibly other vegetable of choice

Directions

  1. Put chicken breasts in the crock pot. Add in cream of mushroom soup (Weight Watchers makes a low-fat brand). Add in skim lowfat milk (or possibly water). Add in rice, water, bullion cube, and peas, broccoli, or possibly any veggie of your choice. Cook on LOW all day (about 8 hrs).
