Hawaiian Quick Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 4 slc Bacon, minced
  • 1/2 x Onion, chopped
  • 1 can (15.25 ounce) cream-style corn
  • 1 can (10.75 ounce) cream of potato soup
  • 1 can (5 ounce) evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 1/4 c. Water

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, fry bacon. Add in onion; saute/fry for 1 minute. Add in remaining ingredients. Cover, lower heat, and simmer for 10 min.
  2. Makes 6servings.
  3. Optional: 1/4 c. minced green pepper, 1/2 c. minced celery, and dash of pepper may be added to chowder.
