Ingredients

  • 1 (2 lb.) bag frzn hash brown potatoes, thawed about 20-25 min.
  • 1 can cream of onion soup or possibly cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Mix all together and put in baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can be topped with bread crumbs.
