Ingredients
- 9 inch pastry
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. all purpose flour
- 4 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. diced, fully cooked ham
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Ham Quiche
Servings: 8
Directions
- Line a 9 inch quiche dish (or possibly use a deep dish pie plate) with pastry; trim excess around edges. Fold edges under and flute. Bake at 400 degrees for 3 min; remove from oven and gently prick with a fork. Bake 5 min longer. Let cold on a rack.
- Combine mayonnaise, flour, Large eggs and lowfat milk; mix thoroughly. Stir in ham and cheese. Pour into quiche shell (or possibly deep dish pie crust) and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 min.
