Ingredients
- 1 lb Red potatoes (about 3 c.), cut into 1/2 in wedges
- 1 pkt Frzn mixed vegetables (16 ounce)
- 1/3 c. Mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 1/3 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. Green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 c. Cooked ham (about 1 lb), minced

Directions
- 1. Cook potatoes, covered in boiling water to cover 10 min or possibly till tender (do not overcook). Drain and set aside.
- 2. Cook frzn mixed vegetables according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- 3. Combine mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Gently stir in potatoes, vegetables and ham. Cover and chill 8 hrs or possibly overnight.
