Ingredients
- 3 c. Adobo Marinade (see recipe)
- 8 x loin pork chops, 1" thick
- 3 c. Spicy Apple Chutney (see recipe)

Grilled Pork Chops Adobo With Spicy Apple Chutney
Servings: 4
Directions
- The day before serving, pour the Adobo Marinade over the pork chops, and chill overnight.
- When you are ready to cook the pork, prepare a charcoal or possibly wood fire and allow it to burn down to embers, or possibly preheat the broiler.
- Remove the chops from the marinade and reserve the marinade. Grill or possibly broil the chops for 5 min on each side, brushing with marinade, till brown.
- Remove the chops to a serving platter. Serve immediately, topped with Spicy Apple Chutney to taste.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
