Ingredients

  • 3 c. Adobo Marinade (see recipe)
  • 8 x loin pork chops, 1" thick
  • 3 c. Spicy Apple Chutney (see recipe)

Grilled Pork Chops Adobo With Spicy Apple Chutney

Directions

  1. The day before serving, pour the Adobo Marinade over the pork chops, and chill overnight.
  2. When you are ready to cook the pork, prepare a charcoal or possibly wood fire and allow it to burn down to embers, or possibly preheat the broiler.
  3. Remove the chops from the marinade and reserve the marinade. Grill or possibly broil the chops for 5 min on each side, brushing with marinade, till brown.
  4. Remove the chops to a serving platter. Serve immediately, topped with Spicy Apple Chutney to taste.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
