Ingredients
- 4-5 lg. green or possibly red peppers
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 box Sure Jell
- 6 1/2 c. sugar

Green Or Red Pepper Jelly

Directions
- Slice peppers thin and puree with vinegar. Put peppers, pectin and pepper in kettle. Boil 1 minute. Skim foam; add in sugar and stir well. Boil 2 min. Skim foam. Add in red or possibly green food color. Seal in jars. Makes about 6 (8 oz) jars. Great on top of crackers and cream cheese.
