Ingredients
1 pkg. (10 ounce.) frzn green peas
1/2 c. natural Cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 teaspoon mustard
Directions
Crisp salad greens. Rinse peas with small amount of cool running water to separate and remove ice crystals. Drain and mix all ingredients except salad greens. Serve on greens.
