Ingredients

  • 10 ounce. vermicelli
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. corn oil
  • 2 heaping tbsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 sm. can minced ripe olives
  • 1 small jar pimentos, liquid removed
  • 5 green onion, sliced with tops
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • Parmesan cheese to taste
  • Garlic pwdr to taste
  • Italian seasoning to taste

Directions

  1. Cook vermicelli according to directions and drain. In a large mixing bowl, mix the vermicelli and all of the ingredients. mix well and chill it.
  2. Note; The Cavender's Greek seasoning is found in the spice section in most grocery stores. It is essential to this recipe.
