Ingredients
- 10 ounce. vermicelli
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. corn oil
- 2 heaping tbsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 sm. can minced ripe olives
- 1 small jar pimentos, liquid removed
- 5 green onion, sliced with tops
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Garlic pwdr to taste
- Italian seasoning to taste

Directions
- Cook vermicelli according to directions and drain. In a large mixing bowl, mix the vermicelli and all of the ingredients. mix well and chill it.
- Note; The Cavender's Greek seasoning is found in the spice section in most grocery stores. It is essential to this recipe.
