- n an 8 quart dutch oven or saucepan add butter over medium heat
- Add celery and onion and cook for 10 minutes, stirring often
- Then add parsley, salt, seasoning and pepper
- Mix well
- Remove from heat and add bread and eggs
- Mix well
- Makes about 10 cups stuffing for a 12 to 14 pound bird
