Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary
- 2 Tbsp. fresh sage sliced
- 2 tsp fresh oregano
- 1 tsp fresh lime thyme
- 1 x inch fresh ginger root peeled and minced
- 1/2 tsp kosher or possibly sea salt
- 1 tsp cracked pepper
- 1 x yam peeled and cut in chunks
- 1 x sweet potato peeled and cut in chunks

Gingery Herbed Yam And Sweet Potato Chips

Directions
- Pour oil into a large baking pan and swirl to cover bottom. Arrange herbs and ginger over oil, sprinkle with half the salt and pepper.
- Arrange yam and sweet potato chunks on top, sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper and bake at 350 degrees till soft (35-40 min).
