Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Fresh hot peppers,seeded and deviened
- 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 4 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cup Ginger People Ginger Chips
- 1 Package Sure Jell Pectin

Gingered Pepper Jelly
Time: 15 minutes prep, 11 minutes cook
Servings: 6 Cups
Directions
- Chop Hot peppers to a med fine in a food processor
- Combine Peppers, Pepper flakes, vinegar, and ginger in a non-reactive pan (Stainless Steel).
- Bring to a gentle boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add pectin, stir and boil for an additional minute.
- Pour into sterilized bottles with rings and flats, seal tightly. Put in hot water bath for 10 minutes, remove. Caps should seal as they cool.
