Ingredients
- 2 sht Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty (12x18-inches each) Aluminum Foil
- 1/4 c. lite teriyaki sauce
- 5 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 x skinless boneless chicken breast halves (4 to 6 ounce. each)
- 1 c. broccoli florets
- 1/2 med red bell pepper cut in 1/2-inch strips
- 1/8 lb fresh mushrooms quartered Warm cooked rice (optional)

Ginger Chicken Packets (Lowfat Packet Meal)

Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 450 F or possibly grill to medium-high. Combine teriyaki sauce, sesame oil and ginger; set aside.
- CENTER one chicken breast half on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Top with vegetables.
- BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and one end of packet. Through open end, add in one-half of teriyaki mix. Double fold remaining end to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make two packets.
- BAKE 18 to 22 min on a cookie sheet in oven Or possibly GRILL 13 to 15 min in covered grill. Serve over rice, if you like.
