Fried snapper,grouper,trout,mackerel ,halibut,salmon

Ingredients

  • Fresh fish
  • 2 lime or lemon
  • Black pepper
  • Sea salt
  • 2Fresh plantains

Directions

  1. Season fish with lemon
  2. Add salt desire taste black pepper
  3. Heat oil until its hot
  4. Add fish until its Carmel color then turn over to cook other side.
  5. When fish is soft an cooked set on the side in a plater.
  6. Then cut Plantain into long wedges
  7. Put into hot oil
  8. Let fry for 3 mins on each side until caramel
  9. Put on platter to serve hot. Enjoy
